Failing Forward

By far the #1 issue for Lacrosse players is the fear of failure. This paralyzing fear makes them afraid to make a mistake. This manifests itself because of worrying about what other players think of them, worrying about coaches judging them, a lack of belief in taking a chance or risk during a game and an overall lack of confidence in their abilities.

In the 2 hour workshop, I'll give detailed examples of how this irrational thinking causes athletes to strip the fun and joy from competition and how embracing the strategies I'll give them, will cause them to play more relaxed and confident. We do all of this while simultaneously building a team unity that propels them into a strong cohesive unit.

They'll also learn the one word that will dramatically alter their outlook on goal-setting and winning at life. (It's phenomenal how this one word can change everything!)
