Do you know the difference between being proactive and being reactive? Which one are you? What difference does it make in your life? In his critically acclaimed book Steven R. Covey's "The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People" Steven lays out how to be effective in your personal life. He maintains that the order in which you learn the habits are important as each habit builds on the one before it to have personal victory. Without this 1st habit it is very difficult to achieve effectiveness in the other 6 habits. This workshop revolves around the 1st habit, being proactive!

As a former world class athlete, coach, and Dr. of Chiropractic, Dr. Andrew Joyce has shown mastery in this 1st habit in every aspect of his life. This workshop will leave you empowered and inspired.

You will be more aware of how you speak to yourself moment to moment throughout your life? And be empowered with action steps to treat yourself better. As a result you will be more motivated, have more energy, be healthier, & feel younger.

  • Why "should" is a stick we beat ourselves up with, and what word "should" you use instead of "should."
